Hesap ve Veri Silme Talebi
Kullanıcılar NZ4 hesabını ve ilgili kişisel verilerini silme talebinde bulunabilir. En hızlı yöntem, uygulama içindeki Profil > Hesabı Sil işlemidir.

Silme talebi kapsamında profil bilgileri, kullanıcı kaydı, soru çözme geçmişi, XP/puan kayıtları, yanlış sorular, konu ilerlemesi, kredi/reklam hareketleri, bildirim tokenı ve yasal onay kaydı silinebilir veya anonimleştirilebilir.
Güvenlik, yasal yükümlülük, finansal kayıt, hile önleme veya denetim amacıyla tutulması gereken bazı teknik loglar yasal süre boyunca saklanabilir.
Misafir kullanıcılar kalıcı bir Google hesabına bağlı olmayabilir; misafir oturumu ve cihaz bazlı demo verileri uygulama kaldırıldığında veya sistem temizlik süreçlerinde silinebilir.
Talep metni örneği
Aşağıdaki metni kopyalayıp mkelleci82@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Köşeli parantezli kısmı silip kendi e-posta adresinizi yazmanız yeterlidir:
"NZ4 hesabımın ve kişisel verilerimin silinmesini talep ediyorum. Hesabımla ilişkili e-posta adresi: [buraya kendi e-posta adresinizi yazın]"
Not: Talebi, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden göndermeniz doğrulamayı hızlandırır.

Account and Data Deletion Request
Users may request deletion of their NZ4 account and related personal data. The fastest method is the in-app Profile > Delete Account action.
If you cannot access the app, you can send your request by email:

A deletion request may cover profile information, the user record, question-solving history, XP/point records, incorrect answers, topic progress, credit/ad transactions, the notification token and the record of legal acceptance; these may be deleted or anonymised.
Certain technical logs that must be retained for security, legal obligations, financial records, fraud prevention or auditing purposes may be kept for the period required by law.
Guest users may not be linked to a permanent Google account; guest sessions and device-based demo data may be removed when the app is uninstalled or during system cleanup processes.

You can copy the text below and send it to mkelleci82@gmail.com. Simply replace the part in square brackets with your own email address:
"I request deletion of my NZ4 account and personal data. The email address associated with my account: [write your own email address here]"
Note: sending the request from the email address registered to your account speeds up verification.
