NZ4 Gizlilik Politikası
1. Genel
NZ4; eğitim, soru çözme, sınav hazırlık, AI destekli soru üretimi, yabancı kelime çalışması, düello (kullanıcılar arası yarışma) ve öğrenme takibi sunan bir uygulamadır. Bu politika hangi verilerin toplandığını ve nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.
2. Toplanan Veriler
Hesap bilgileri (Google ile girişte ad, e-posta ve varsa profil fotoğrafı), kullanıcı ID, profil bilgileri (doğum yılı, ülke, il, sınıf ve dil tercihleri), soru çözme ve uygulama etkileşimleri, ders/konu tercihleri, düello ve sıralama kayıtları, AI üretim istekleri, destek/geri bildirim içerikleri, bildirim tokenı, reklam/kredi hareketleri, abonelik ve satın alma doğrulama bilgileri işlenebilir.
Teknik veriler; IP adresi ve IP'den yaklaşık ülke/bölge, cihaz/işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, Firebase kurulum ve App Check tanımlayıcıları, çökme/performans tanılama kayıtları, ekran ve özellik kullanım olayları ile reklam gösterim/tıklama verilerini içerebilir. Google Mobile Ads; reklam kimliği ve cihazdaki Privacy Sandbox reklam sinyalleri gibi reklam tanımlayıcılarına, cihaz ayarlarının ve yürürlükteki rızanın izin verdiği ölçüde erişebilir.
Cihaz tanımlayıcısı: misafir deneme hakkının kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için cihazın Android tanımlayıcısı cihazdan çıkmadan önce geri döndürülemez şekilde şifrelenir (SHA-256); yalnızca bu karma değer sunucuya iletilir, ham kimlik gönderilmez. IMEI, IMSI, SIM seri numarası gibi kalıcı donanım kimlikleri hiç okunmaz; uygulamanın bunun için gereken izni yoktur.
3. Kullanım Amaçları
Veriler; uygulama özelliklerini sunmak, kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek, sistem güvenliğini sağlamak, hata gidermek, AI üretim kalitesini denetlemek, hile ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, reklam/kredi işlemlerini yürütmek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için kullanılır.
4. Çocukların Gizliliği
NZ4 ilk açılışta, herhangi bir çevrimiçi servis başlatılmadan önce tarafsız bir yaş ekranı gösterir. Doğum tarihi sunucuya gönderilmez ve saklanmaz; cihazda yalnız “korumalı çocuk” veya “standart” erişim kararı ile gerektiğinde yeniden değerlendirme tarihi tutulur.
16 yaşından küçük veya yaşı henüz belirlenmemiş kullanıcılar korumalı çocuk moduna alınır. Bu mod cihaz içinde ve çevrimdışı çalışır; hesap oluşturma/giriş, reklam, Analytics, Crashlytics, bildirim, sosyal özellikler, satın alma ve yapay zekâ servisleri başlatılmaz. Çevrimiçi özellikler, hukuken yeterli doğrulanabilir veli onayı mekanizması tamamlanıp ayrıca kullanıma açılana kadar bu gruba kapalıdır. Bu sürüm korumalı çocuk kullanıcısından çevrimiçi hizmet aracılığıyla kişisel veri toplamaz ve ona reklam göstermez.
Standart erişime geçen uygun kullanıcılarda aşağıdaki veri işleme ve hizmet sağlayıcı açıklamaları geçerlidir. Yaş kararı yoksa sistem güvenli biçimde kapalı kalır.
5. Yapay Zeka
NZ4 platformunda yer alan soru ve içeriklerin tamamı veya bir kısmı yapay zeka destekli sistemler kullanılarak oluşturulabilir, düzenlenebilir, denetlenebilir veya geliştirilebilir. Sorular eğitim amaçlıdır ve resmi kurumlar tarafından hazırlanmış sınav soruları değildir.
6. Resmi Kurum İlişkisi
NZ4; MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı, MYK veya benzeri herhangi bir resmi kurumun resmi uygulaması değildir. Uygulamadaki sınav, konu ve soru içerikleri eğitim ve pratik amacıyla sunulur.
7. Paylaşım ve Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
NZ4 kullanıcı verilerini satmaz. Veriler yalnız açıklanan amaçlar için şu hizmet sağlayıcı kategorileriyle işlenebilir veya paylaşılabilir:
- Google Sign-In ve Firebase Authentication: hesap açma ve kimlik doğrulama.
- Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage ve Cloud Functions: profil/içerik verilerinin barındırılması ve uygulama işlevlerinin sunulması.
- Firebase App Check: güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi.
- Google Analytics for Firebase ve Firebase Crashlytics: uygulama etkileşimleri, performans ve çökme tanılaması.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: bildirimlerin iletilmesi.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ve User Messaging Platform: uygun kullanıcılara reklam sunma, ölçüm, sahtekârlığı önleme ve reklam rızasını yönetme.
- Google Play Billing: abonelik/satın alma işlemlerinin yürütülmesi ve doğrulanması.
- Yönetici tarafından etkinleştirilen yapay zeka sağlayıcıları (örneğin Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic veya eşdeğer sağlayıcılar): yalnız kullanıcının başlattığı AI isteğini ya da görsel çözümleme işlemini gerçekleştirme.
- Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili kamu mercileri.
8. Diğer Kullanıcılara Görünen Veriler
NZ4'ün bazı özellikleri sosyaldir; aşağıdaki bilgiler diğer kullanıcılara görünür:
- Düellolar: Rakibiniz profil adınızı, varsa profil fotoğrafınızı, sınıf/seviye bilginizi, düello puanınızı ve derecenizi (rating) görebilir. Ülke bazlı düellolarda ülke bilginiz eşleştirme ve sıralamada kullanılır.
- Arkadaş davetleri: Davet bağlantısı davet edenin adını içerir ve bu bağlantıyı uygulama dışında siz paylaşırsınız; bağlantıya erişen herkes bu bilgiyi görebilir.
- Liderlik tabloları: Profil adınız, iliniz, sınıf düzeyiniz ve XP/puanınız gösterilir. Liderlik tablosunda yer alma, XP kazandıkça otomatik gerçekleşir ve her tabloda ilk 50 kullanıcı listelenir.
- Canlı oyun ve sınav odaları: Eşleştirme ve canlı oturumlar için son etkinlik/çevrimiçi durum bilgisi işlenir.
Görünürlük tercihleriniz (Profil > Ayarlar):
- Sıralama Görünürlüğü: Kapatırsanız liderlik tablolarında hiç yer almazsınız ve mevcut sıralama kayıtlarınız silinir. Tekrar açtığınızda bir sonraki puan kazanımınızla listeye yeniden eklenirsiniz.
- Adım Nasıl Görünsün: Anonim görünmeyi seçerseniz sıralamalarda ve düellolarda gerçek adınız yerine size atanan kalıcı bir kimlik (Z- ile başlayan rastgele kod) gösterilir. Bu kimlik kapatıp açsanız da aynı kalır; istediğiniz zaman gerçek adınıza dönebilirsiniz.
9. Reklam Rızası (AB/Birleşik Krallık/İsviçre)
Bu bölgelerdeki kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmeden önce Google User Messaging Platform üzerinden rıza mesajı sunulur. Rıza verilmezse reklam gösterilmez. Karar daha sonra Profil ekranındaki "Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri" bölümünden değiştirilebilir.
10. ABD Eyalet Gizlilik Hakları
Kaliforniya (CCPA/CPRA) başta olmak üzere eyalet gizlilik yasalarının geçerli olduğu ABD eyaletlerindeki kullanıcılar için:
- NZ4 kişisel verileri para karşılığı satmaz. Bununla birlikte, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam amacıyla reklam tanımlayıcısının ve cihaz/etkileşim verilerinin Google Mobile Ads ile paylaşılması bu yasalarda "satış" veya "paylaşım" (hedefli reklam) sayılabilir.
- Bu paylaşımı reddedebilirsiniz. Reddetme yolları: uygulama içinde gösterilen ABD eyalet gizlilik mesajı ve her zaman erişilebilir olan Profil > Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri girişi.
- Reddetmeniz reklamları tümüyle kaldırmaz; yalnızca kişiselleştirme amaçlı veri paylaşımını durdurur, reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak gösterilmeye devam edebilir.
- Eyalet mevzuatının tanıdığı bilgi alma, erişme, düzeltme, silme, veri taşınabilirliği ve bu hakları kullandığınız için ayrımcılığa uğramama haklarınızı mkelleci82@gmail.com adresine başvurarak kullanabilirsiniz.
- 16 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların verileri hedefli reklam için satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz; NZ4 bu yaş grubuna zaten reklam göstermez.
- NZ4 hassas kişisel veri kategorilerini reklam amacıyla toplamaz ve kişisel verileri hukuki sonuç doğuran otomatik kararlar için kullanmaz.
11. Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler
NZ4, reklamsız kullanım ve ek özellikler için isteğe bağlı Premium ve VIP aylık abonelikleri sunar. Satın alma tamamen Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden yürür.
- Ödeme bilgileriniz NZ4'e ULAŞMAZ. Kart, banka veya ödeme aracı bilgileri Google tarafından işlenir; NZ4 bu verileri görmez ve saklamaz.
- NZ4'ün sakladığı veriler: abonelik türü (premium/vip), ürün kimliği, Google Play satın alma jetonu, platform ve abonelik bitiş tarihi.
- Satın alma jetonu, sahte satın almayı önlemek için sunucu tarafında Google Play Developer API'ye doğrulatılır.
- Abonelik iptali, yenileme ve iade işlemleri Google Play hesabınız üzerinden yönetilir.
- Ödeme/abonelik bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman herkese açık gösterilmez; liderlik tablosu ve düellolarda görünmez.
12. Görsel ile Soru Çözme (Kamera ve Galeri)
NZ4, bir sorunun fotoğrafını çözümlemenizi sağlayan isteğe bağlı bir özellik sunar. Yalnızca siz başlattığınızda çalışır; uygulama arka planda kamera veya galeriye erişmez.
- Görsel SAKLANMAZ. Gönderdiğiniz fotoğraf çözümleme için sunucuya ve oradan yapay zeka sağlayıcı servise iletilir, işlem bitince saklanmaz.
- Saklananlar: görselden çıkarılan metin (OCR) ve çözüm çıktısı, dosya adı/türü/boyutu, güvenlik değerlendirmesi sonucu, kullanıcı kimliği ve zaman bilgisi.
- Görsel, çözümleme sırasında yapay zeka sağlayıcı servise aktarılır ve o servisin gizlilik politikası kapsamında işlenir.
- Gönderilen görseller eğitim amaçlı ve uygun içerik olup olmadığı yönünden otomatik değerlendirilir; uygun bulunmayanlar reddedilir.
- Yalnızca çözmek istediğiniz soruyu içeren görseller gönderin; kimlik belgesi, kişisel fotoğraf veya başkalarına ait görseller göndermeyin.
13. Bildirimler
Kullanıcı izin verdiğinde Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden bildirim gönderilebilir. Bildirim tokenı yalnızca bildirimleri iletmek ve tercihleri yönetmek için kullanılır; izin cihaz ayarlarından her zaman geri alınabilir.
14. Güvenlik, Saklama ve Yasal Onay Kaydı
Veriler aktarım sırasında HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir; Firebase/Google altyapısında saklanan veriler sağlayıcının şifreleme ve erişim kontrolleriyle korunur. NZ4 ayrıca Firebase App Check, Firestore güvenlik kuralları, yetkilendirme kontrolleri, admin denetimi, IP/bölge erişim kuralları ve hata/güvenlik logları gibi önlemler kullanır.
Hesap, profil ve öğrenme verileri hesap açık olduğu veya hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece tutulur; hesap silindiğinde ilgili kullanıcı verileri silinir veya geri döndürülemez biçimde anonimleştirilir. Bildirim tokenları geçersiz olduğunda ya da hesap silindiğinde kaldırılır. Çökme, analiz ve güvenlik kayıtları yalnız tanılama, güvenlik ve yasal amaçların gerektirdiği süre boyunca, ilgili sağlayıcı ayarlarına uygun olarak tutulur. Finansal doğrulama, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi veya yasal yükümlülük nedeniyle tutulması zorunlu sınırlı kayıtlar, zorunlu süre sona erdiğinde silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda kabul ettiğiniz yasal metinlerin kaydı tutulur: onay tarihi, metin sürümü, her metnin şifreli özeti (SHA-256), uygulama sürümü ve platform. Metinlerin kendisi saklanmaz. Kayıtlı kullanıcılarda bu kayıt hesap silinene kadar saklanır ve hesap silindiğinde birlikte silinir. Misafir kullanıcılarda ise yönetici tarafından belirlenen süre (varsayılan 30 gün) sonunda otomatik olarak silinir.
15. Hesap ve Veri Silme

16. Haklarınız
Kullanıcılar; verileri hakkında bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve ilgili mevzuatın (KVKK, GDPR vb.) tanıdığı diğer hakları kullanma hakkına sahiptir.

NZ4 Privacy Policy
1. Overview
NZ4 is an application offering education, practice questions, exam preparation, AI-assisted question generation, vocabulary study, duels (user-versus-user contests) and learning progress tracking. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
2. Data We Collect
Account information (name, email address and profile photo, if available, when using Google Sign-In), user ID, profile details (birth year, country, province, grade and language preferences), question-solving and app interactions, subject and topic preferences, duel and ranking records, AI generation requests, support and feedback content, notification token, ad and credit transactions, and subscription and purchase-verification information may be processed.
Technical data may include the IP address and approximate country/region inferred from it, device/operating-system and app version, Firebase installation and App Check identifiers, crash/performance diagnostics, screen and feature usage events, and ad impression/click data. Google Mobile Ads may access advertising identifiers such as the advertising ID and on-device Privacy Sandbox advertising signals to the extent permitted by device settings and applicable consent.
Device identifier: to prevent abuse of the guest trial allowance, the device's Android identifier is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves the device; only that hash is sent to the server and the raw identifier is never transmitted. Persistent hardware identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI or SIM serial number are never read; the app does not hold the permission required to do so.
3. Purposes of Use
Data is used to provide app features, improve the user experience, ensure system security, fix errors, review AI generation quality, prevent cheating and abuse, operate ad and credit functionality, and meet legal obligations.
4. Children's Privacy
Before starting any online service, NZ4 shows a neutral age screen on first launch. The date of birth is not transmitted to a server or retained; only a coarse protected-child or standard-access decision, and when necessary a re-evaluation date, is stored on the device.
Users under 16, and users whose age has not yet been established, are placed in protected child mode. This mode works locally and offline; account creation/sign-in, advertising, Analytics, Crashlytics, notifications, social features, purchases and AI services are not started. Online features remain unavailable to this group until a legally sufficient verifiable parental-consent mechanism is completed and separately enabled. In this version, NZ4 does not collect personal data from a protected child through an online service and does not show that child advertising.
For eligible users entering standard access, the data-processing and service-provider disclosures below apply. If no age decision is available, the system remains safely closed.
5. Artificial Intelligence
All or part of the questions and content on the NZ4 platform may be created, edited, reviewed or improved using AI-assisted systems. Questions are for educational purposes and are not examination questions prepared by official institutions.
6. Relationship with Official Institutions
NZ4 is not the official application of MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, MYK or any similar official institution. The exam, topic and question content in the app is provided for educational and practice purposes.
7. Sharing and Service Providers
NZ4 does not sell user data. Data may be processed by or shared with the following categories of service providers only for the disclosed purposes:
- Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication: account creation and authentication.
- Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions: hosting profile/content data and providing app functions.
- Firebase App Check: security and abuse prevention.
- Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics: app interactions, performance and crash diagnostics.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: notification delivery.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform: showing ads to eligible users, measurement, fraud prevention and ad-consent management.
- Google Play Billing: processing and verifying subscriptions and purchases.
- AI providers enabled by the administrator (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic or equivalent providers): performing only the AI request or image analysis initiated by the user.
- Competent public authorities where legally required.
8. Data Visible to Other Users
Some NZ4 features are social; the following information is visible to other users:
- Duels: your opponent can see your profile name, your profile photo if any, your grade/level, your duel score and your rating. In country-based duels your country is used for matchmaking and rankings.
- Friend invitations: the invite link contains the inviter's name and you share that link outside the app; anyone who receives the link can see this information.
- Leaderboards: your profile name, province, grade level and XP/points are shown. Appearing on a leaderboard happens automatically as you earn XP, and each leaderboard lists the top 50 users.
- Live play and exam rooms: last activity/online status is processed for matchmaking and live sessions.
Your visibility settings (Profile > Settings):
- Leaderboard Visibility: if you turn this off you do not appear on leaderboards at all and your existing ranking records are deleted. If you turn it back on, you are re-added with your next points gain.
- How Your Name Appears: if you choose to appear anonymously, a permanent identifier assigned to you (a random code beginning with Z-) is shown instead of your real name on leaderboards and in duels. This identifier stays the same even if you turn the setting off and on again; you can return to your real name at any time.
9. Ad Consent (EEA/United Kingdom/Switzerland)
Users in these regions are shown a consent message via Google's User Messaging Platform before any ads are displayed. If consent is not given, no ads are shown. The decision can later be changed from the "Ad Privacy Options" entry on the Profile screen.
10. United States State Privacy Rights
For users in U.S. states with applicable state privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA):
- NZ4 does not sell personal data for money. However, sharing the advertising identifier and device/interaction data with Google Mobile Ads for personalized advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" (targeted advertising) under these laws.
- You may opt out of this sharing. Opt-out paths: the U.S. states privacy message shown in the app, and the always-available Profile > Ad Privacy Options entry.
- Opting out does not remove ads entirely; it stops data sharing for personalization, and non-personalized ads may continue to be shown.
- You may exercise the rights granted by state law — to know, access, correct, delete and port your data, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights — by contacting mkelleci82@gmail.com.
- Data of users under 16 is not sold or shared for targeted advertising; NZ4 does not show ads to this age group in any case.
- NZ4 does not collect sensitive personal data categories for advertising purposes and does not use personal data for automated decisions producing legal effects.
11. Purchases and Subscriptions
NZ4 offers optional Premium and VIP monthly subscriptions for ad-free use and additional features. Purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing.
- Your payment details never reach NZ4. Card, bank or payment instrument data is processed by Google; NZ4 does not see or store it.
- Data NZ4 stores: subscription tier (premium/vip), product identifier, Google Play purchase token, platform, and subscription expiry date.
- The purchase token is verified server-side against the Google Play Developer API to prevent fraudulent purchases.
- Cancellation, renewal and refunds are managed through your Google Play account.
- Your payment or subscription information is never displayed publicly; it does not appear on leaderboards or in duels.
12. Solving Questions from Images (Camera and Gallery)
NZ4 offers an optional feature that analyses a photo of a question. It runs only when you start it; the app never accesses the camera or gallery in the background.
- The image is NOT stored. The photo you submit is sent to our server and from there to an AI provider service for analysis, and is not retained once processing completes.
- What is stored: the text extracted from the image (OCR) and the solution output, the file name/type/size, the safety assessment result, your user identifier and a timestamp.
- During analysis the image is transferred to an AI provider service and processed under that service's own privacy policy.
- Submitted images are automatically assessed for whether they are educational and appropriate; those that fail are rejected.
- Only submit images containing the question you want solved; do not submit identity documents, personal photographs or images belonging to other people.
13. Notifications
With your permission, notifications may be delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging. The notification token is used solely to deliver notifications and manage preferences; permission can be revoked at any time from device settings.
14. Security, Retention and Record of Legal Acceptance
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data stored in Firebase/Google infrastructure is protected by the provider's encryption and access controls. NZ4 also uses measures such as Firebase App Check, Firestore security rules, authorisation checks, administrative review, IP/region access rules, and error/security logging.
Account, profile and learning data is retained while the account is active or while needed to provide the service; when the account is deleted, related user data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Notification tokens are removed when invalid or when the account is deleted. Crash, analytics and security records are retained only as long as needed for diagnostics, security and legal purposes, in line with the relevant provider settings. Limited records that must be retained for financial verification, abuse prevention or legal obligations are deleted or anonymised when the mandatory period ends.
A record of the legal documents you accept when you first open the app is stored: the acceptance date, text version, a cryptographic digest (SHA-256) of each document, the app version and the platform. The documents themselves are not stored. For registered users this record is kept until the account is deleted and is removed together with the account. For guest users it is deleted automatically after the period set by the administrator (30 days by default).
15. Account and Data Deletion

16. Your Rights
Users have the right to obtain information about their data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and exercise other rights granted by applicable law (such as KVKK and GDPR).
